The installation is comprised of a multitude of thin threads in various shades of blue that are suspended into the room. At the upper end they are sewn into a piece of cloth, whose colour matches that of the chapel’s ceiling. At the lower edges of the installation, the threads reach to approx. 80 cm above the floor. Towards the centre, they end higher up at head height, creating a type of cavity. The persons passing through will be touched by the threads along the top of their head and at their forehead – Ruach (Hebrew: breath of life, God’s breath, spirit).

Die Installation besteht aus einer Vielzahl von dünnen Fäden in unterschiedlichen Blautönen, die in den Raum herabhängen. Sie sind am oberen Ende in ein Tuch genäht, dessen Farbe der Deckenfarbe der Kapelle gleicht. An den unteren Rändern der Installation reichen die Fäden bis ca. 80 cm über dem Boden. Zur Mitte hin enden sie weiter oben in Kopfhöhe, so dass eine Art Höhlung entsteht. Die hindurch gehenden Personen werden über Scheitel und Stirn von den Fäden –„Ruach“ (hebräisch: Lebensatem, Gotteshauch, Geist) gestreift.
